Objective
Palisade’s Regional Infrastructure Fund (PRIF) invests in regional and local infrastructure assets. PRIF will target assets in regional communities that represent essential
facilities and/or services vital to the economic viability of those communities. PRIF aims to provide investors with long term capital growth and stable cash distributions.
Investment Approach
Assets will exhibit the essential characteristics of infrastructure. A preference will be given to assets that are replicable and have a Local Government involvement or are located in regional areas (outside metropolitan areas).
